Terms of Service
Effective October 19, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Frontier Intelligence LLC ("we", "us") for your use of the AIDating mobile app and this website (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter this agreement. You may not use the Service if you have been convicted of a felony or sex crime, or if we have previously removed your account.
Your account
Give accurate information, keep your password private and tell us about any unauthorized use of your account. You are responsible for activity on your account. One person, one account.
Community rules
You agree not to:
- impersonate anyone or misrepresent your identity, age or intentions;
- harass, threaten, defame or harm other members, or post hateful, violent, sexually explicit or illegal content;
- use the Service for commercial solicitation, scams or requests for money;
- post content you do not have the right to share, including photos of other people without their consent;
- scrape, reverse engineer, overload or interfere with the Service, or access it by automated means.
We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules.
Your content
You keep ownership of the content you post. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, reproduce and adapt it as needed to operate, provide and improve the Service. This license ends when you delete the content or your account, except for content other members have already received, such as messages.
Safety
We do not run criminal background checks on members and do not verify their statements. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other members. Use caution when communicating or meeting in person, and report anyone who makes you feel unsafe.
SMS terms
Program: AIDating account verification.
What you receive: one-time verification codes when you sign up and, if you ask, password reset codes. One message per request; we do not send marketing messages.
Consent: you opt in by entering your phone number and tapping "Send verification code" in the app. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
Cost: message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless carrier for details of your plan.
Opt out: reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. Without SMS verification you may not be able to sign up or reset your password by phone.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your phone number.
Termination
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, if required by law, or to protect members or the Service.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee any number of matches, that matches will be compatible, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your interactions with other members. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or US$100. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where the law of your country of residence gives you mandatory protections.
Changes
We may update these terms. If we make material changes, we will notify you in the app or by email before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the updated terms.
